Our Experience
With over 40 years of experience in the construction / project management, consulting and inspection industry. We believe in a collaborative approach to work closely with our clients, architects, and contractors to ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. We have successfully completed numerous projects across various sectors including commercial, residential, insurance along with countless DYI projects.
Property Inspections
We started doing property inspections in 1982 before the industry took notice of the benefits for both buyers and sellers. Being a retired certified inspector, we no longer do full home residential inspections. What we do offer is a walk and talk inspections (with or without a written report) on items your most concerned with including: septic, well water, construction loan draws, etc. and expert witness (Disputes). Pre-construction
and on-site: progress, quality, compliance site inspections for new and restoration / remodeling projects. If you have a question on an inspection report from an agent's inspector, we may be able to help with that also.
DYI Help
With all the information online there's a good chance you could get the answers you need either thru chat or a video. What we offer is, we will come to your project not only answer your questions we will show you how and why from start to finish. From helping with permits, estimating and material list, to measure and layout to get you started and any follow-up as needed.
