With over 40 years of building experience in the construction / project management, consulting and inspection industry. We started doing PROPERTY INSPECTIONS in 1982 before the industry took notice of the benefits for both buyers and sellers. Being a retired certified inspector, we no longer do full home residential inspections. What we do offer is a walk and talk inspection (with or without a written report) on items your most concerned with including: septic, well water, construction loan draws, etc. and expert witness (Disputes). Pre-construction and on-site: progress, quality, compliance site inspections for new and restoration / remodeling projects. If you have a question on an inspection report from an agent’s inspector, we may be able to help with that also.
